Pre-Registration Advance Ticket Purchase

 

The Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society is NO LONGER accepting pre-registration payments for admission to the 2008 East Coast Conference.  General Admission seating is still available for purchase for $10.00.  General admission seating WILL be sold at the door the day of the event.  General admission seating does not gaurante a seat at the event.  General seating are based upon first come first served.  If you wish to get a general admission seat it is strongly suggested you arrive as early as possible to retain a seat.

THIS WILL SERVE AS YOUR TICKET(S) TO THE CONFERENCE. PRESENT THE CONFIRMATION LETTER/PAY PAL RECEIPT TO THE REGISTRATION TABLE ALONG WITH A PHOTO ID FOR ADMISSION TO THE EVENT. YOU WILL BE GIVING YOUR COMPLIMENTARY PROGRAM, RAFFLE TICKET AND CONFERENCE POSTER. Reserved seating is SOLD OUT!  For those who have purchased reserved seating. Please bring with you your pay pal reciept or confirmation letter that was mailed or emailed to you.  Present this form at the registration table along with a valid photo ID to obtain admittance and to be directed to your reserved seating.  Reserved seating is based upon first come first serve and will reserve a seat in the first several rows at the front of the hall.   Included with the reserved seat, you will receive a conference program, raffle ticket and a limited edition 11' x 17' 2008 East Coast Bigfoot Conference poster  limit one per paid reserved admission.  Perfect for collecting your favorite guest speakers signature and framing.  These seats are great for seeing and hearing your favorite speaker, and photo opportunities.   If you purchased online using Pay Pal, you should have received a confirmation email. Please keep that email, print it and bring it with you to the conference along with a valid photo ID.  This will act as your admission ticket to the event.  If you have sent a check or money order, you should have recieved a written letter that will serve as your ticket and you must present that letter along with a valid photo ID for entry into the event.  You will receive a hand stamp that will permit re-entry to the event should you need to leave the event.

General Admission seating is $10.00.  This is for general admission seating for the event available for public seating in the hall except for the reserved seating.  General admission seating includes a raffle ticket and a conference program. 

The Raffle Ticket is good for the drawing that will take place during one of the intermissions.  Prizes to be announced at the conference.


To obtain admission to the conference using the pre-registration feature, you will need one of the following  two following pieces of identification.

Upon purchase through the PayPal feature, you will receive a receipt upon purchase.  It will be sent to your email address.  This will serve as your ticket. You will need this receipt and/or a legal photo I.D. to obtain admission to the conference. Your name will also be added to the Pre-registration list which we will check upon arrival.

One of our volunteers working the registration table the day of will ask for your receipt and/or photo ID to confirm you have pre-registered.  If you have purchased reserved seating, you will find the reserved seat with your name on a label on one of the chairs in the first few rows, you will also receive a raffle ticket to be drawn during the conference for great prizes, a Conference program and a Limited Edition 2008 East Coast Bigfoot Conference Poster (poster size 11' x 17'). 

If you have paid for general admission you will be given your raffle ticket and conference program. 


If you pay by Check or Money order, please make payable to PA Bigfoot Society and write general or reserved admission in the memo section of the check. If you pre-register online please retain your receipt and bring it along with your legal photo ID.  They both will be checked at the door to verify the purchase and you will be directed to your seat.   Should you choose to pay by Check or money order, please make payable to the Pa Bigfoot Society and mail to 181 Cardinal Drive Jeannette PA 15644.  A confirmation letter will be sent to you in the mail.  Provide the confirmation letter along with a valid photo ID for entry to the event.

No refunds will be given after September 1, 2008.  Should you not be able to attend the conference after the deadline, your pre-registration will be considered a non refundable donation to the 2008 East Coast Bigfoot Conference.

All those attending the conference will receive a wrist band at the door upon checking in and you must show your wrist band to gain re-entry to the event.  No wrist band, means no re-entry without paying again.
